A doctor is checking up a patient at the free medical camp organized by the Helping Humanity Organization (HHO) in Chakesar tehsil of Shangla district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
SHANGLA: Helping Humanity Organization (HHO), under its “Free Health Facilities” initiative, successfully organized its 28th and 29th Mega Free Medical Camps at the Basic Health Unit (BHU) Gunengar in UC Sarkool of Chakesar tehsil, Shangla district.
The camps were organized to provide accessible healthcare services to underserved communities in the area. Residents received free medical consultations, healthcare guidance, and laboratory diagnostic services.
According to the camp statistics, a total of 1,773 patients benefited from the medical camps, including 791 women, 367 men, and 615 children. In addition, 175 laboratory diagnostic tests were conducted during the camps.
The strong community response highlighted the significant need for accessible and quality healthcare services in remote and underserved areas. The initiative enabled local residents to receive essential medical care closer to their communities.
HHO expressed its gratitude to the doctors, healthcare professionals, staff, volunteers, organizers, and community members whose dedication and cooperation contributed to the success of the medical camps.
